Role Description This is a full time, on-site Technical Pre-Sales role based in Jabalpur.

The Technical

Pre-Sales professional will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements, design suitable electronic video surveillance solutions, and support solution presentations and demonstrations. Daily responsibilities include preparing technical proposals and bills of materials, conducting site surveys, coordinating with internal teams for solution design and integration, and assisting customers with technical queries. The role involves providing technical support during proof-of-concept deployments,



ensuring that solutions align with customer expectations and industry standards.

The position also requires maintaining accurate documentation, supporting project handover to implementation teams, and contributing to training and knowledge-sharing activities for partners and customers.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Integration skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless deployment of surveillance solutions.
- Candidates should possess Presales and Sales skills, including requirement gathering, solution design, proposal creation, and technical presentations to prospective clients.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, with capability to plan activities, coordinate stakeholders, track timelines, and support project delivery.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with sales teams, technical teams, and customers in a professional manner.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of electronic security or IT/networking technologies; experience with CCTV, access control, or related systems is an advantage.
