About The Job:

- Responsible for leading enterprise Mobility Device Management (MDM) operations with a focus on SOTI MobiControl, Zimperium Mobile Threat Defense (MTD), and mobile security platforms.
- Drives operational excellence, security compliance, endpoint mobility management, and continuous improvement initiatives across enterprise mobility environments.
- Provides technical leadership, client engagement, and advanced support for mobile device management and mobile threat protection solutions.

Essential Job Functions:

- Lead end-to-end administration and operations of SOTI MobiControl and Zimperium Mobile Threat Defense platforms.
- Manage enterprise mobile device enrollment, configuration, compliance, application deployment, and lifecycle management processes.
- Monitor mobile device security posture and address advanced security incidents using Zimperium MTD solutions.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis for high-complexity mobility and endpoint security issues.
- Drive process optimization initiatives through automation, reporting, and operational analytics.
- Develop and maintain mobile security policies, compliance standards, and device management procedures.
- Mentor and support engineering teams by providing guidance on mobile device management best practices.
- Lead advanced configuration, integration, migration, and platform enhancement activities.




- Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored mobility solutions.
- Manage escalations and provide technical leadership during critical incidents.
- Develop operational dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support business decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, security, and user experience.
- Ensure compliance with organizational security, privacy, governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and implement emerging mobility technologies and security innovations.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 9 to 12 years
- Solid experience administering SOTI MobiControl environments.
- Hands-on experience with Zimperium Mobile Threat Defense (MTD).
- Expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM).
- Strong understanding of mobile security architecture and threat mitigation strategies.
- Experience managing Android, iOS, rugged devices, and enterprise mobility platforms.
- Knowledge of mobile application management (MAM), mobile content management (MCM), and compliance policies.
- Experience with mobile device provisioning, policy enforcement, and application deployment.
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities.
- Ability to lead operational process improvements through automation and reporting solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and client engagement skills.
- Experience mentoring and guiding support teams.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365,



Azure AD/Entra ID, Conditional Access, and endpoint security solutions is preferred.

Preferred Certifications:
- SOTI MobiControl Technical Certification.
- Zimperium Mobile Threat Defense Certification.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.
- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
- ITIL Foundation Certification.
