Job Summary

Ross Biotech Group is looking for a proactive HR & Technical Marketing Executive to support recruitment, employee coordination, technical content development, digital marketing, and business promotion. The role requires strong communication, research, and coordination skills, along with an interest in biotechnology and life-science products.

Key Responsibilities

HR Responsibilities

- Manage job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and recruitment follow-ups.

- Support employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.

- Maintain attendance, leave records, employee information, and HR trackers.

- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee engagement activities.

- Assist in implementing HR policies and internal communication.

- Handle routine HR and administrative coordination.

Technical Marketing Responsibilities

- Understand the company’s biotechnology and life-science products and applications.

- Create technically accurate content for LinkedIn posts, brochures, presentations, videos, email campaigns, and the company website.

- Coordinate with product managers, sales teams, application specialists, and principals to collect technical information.

- Conduct market research and identify potential customers across pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, CRO, academic, healthcare, and government research sectors.

- Build and maintain customer and institutional databases.

- Support lead-generation and product-promotion activities.

- Assist in preparing product comparisons,



application notes, campaign content, and marketing presentations.

- Support webinars, conferences, exhibitions, and other promotional activities.

- Track campaign performance, customer enquiries, and marketing activities.

- Ensure all technical marketing content is accurate, professional, and aligned with company branding.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, or a related field.

- Candidates with an MBA or experience in HR or marketing will be preferred.

- 1–3 years of relevant experience; freshers with strong communication and technical knowledge may also apply.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to understand scientific products and communicate technical information clearly.

- Working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.

- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Canva, digital marketing, or HRMS platforms is an advantage.

- Strong research, coordination, time-management, and multitasking abilities.

- Willingness to handle both HR and technical marketing responsibilities.
