Technical Product Owner – Key Requirements (Short Version)

Role: Technical Product Owner / Technical Product Manager (SG27/E3)

Location: Hyderabad / Gurgaon / Bengaluru / Chennai

Core Responsibilities

- Own product backlog, roadmap, and delivery outcomes.
- Lead backlog refinement, grooming, prioritization, and sprint planning.
- Convert business requirements into user stories, features, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate closely with business, engineering, architecture, and cross-functional teams.
- Drive product releases, demos, release notes, and stakeholder communications.
- Develop deep understanding of business workflows, user journeys, data, and system behavior.
- Ensure Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong experience in Technical Product Management/Product Ownership .
- Hands-on experience with:
- Agile methodologies
- Backlog refinement and grooming
- Sprint planning and execution
- Rally tool
- Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and features.




- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Good understanding of:
- System architecture
- APIs and integrations
- Data flows
- Enterprise applications and workflows
- Experience working closely with engineering teams throughout delivery lifecycle.

Preferred Skills

- Healthcare / Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) domain knowledge.
- Experience in product strategy, roadmap planning, MVP, and product launches.
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations, rebates, and healthcare business processes.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Target Profile Technical Product Owner/Product Manager with solid Agile and Rally experience, capable of managing backlog, driving roadmap execution, collaborating with business and engineering stakeholders, and translating complex requirements into deliverable user stories. Healthcare/PBM domain experience is highly desirable.
