About The Job:

- We are looking for a Tech Learning Associate to own the delivery of large technical learning programs from start to finish. You will project manage and run these programs, keep stakeholders aligned, and make sure each one is completed with clear, measurable results.

- This role suits someone who takes ownership and can run a program end to end with minimal oversight. You are comfortable working in spreadsheets and with stakeholders, and you make sure things get finished.

Essential Job Functions:

- Own programs end to end. Manage large technical learning programs from planning and scheduling through execution, tracking, and completion, with minimal supervision.

- Drive to outcomes. Set timelines, track milestones, resolve issues, follow up on dependencies, and hold to deadlines until the work is complete.

- Manage stakeholders across regions. Be the main point of contact for stakeholders in India, and act as SPoC for US and EU stakeholders when needed, coordinating across time zones to keep programs on track.

- Run day-to-day operations. Handle logistics, scheduling, learner and instructor coordination, vendor and partner follow-ups, and program communications.

- Anchor events (along with others) on a need basis

- Report and track (Excel-heavy). Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports covering participation, completion, budgets, and program health,



and turn that data into clear insights for leadership.

- Communicate clearly. Write clear status updates, program communications, stakeholder briefings, and escalations, and communicate well in person and on calls.

- Improve processes. Spot gaps and improve how programs are planned, documented, run, and scaled.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in program/project management, operations, learning operations, or a similar execution-focused role.

- A track record of independently managing programs end to end and driving them to completion.

- Robust stakeholder management skills, ideally across functions and time zones.

- Advanced Excel skills (pivots, lookups, dashboards) and comfort building reports and tracking metrics.

- Clear written and verbal communication in English.

- Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to run several programs at once.

- An ownership mindset. You close things out without needing to be chased.

Nice to have

- Experience in a technical learning, L&D;, or technical training environment.

- Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning tools. (Good to have)

- Experience supporting US/EU stakeholders or working in a global operating model. (Good to have)

- Programs run smoothly and finish on time, with outcomes that are clearly measured and reported.





- Stakeholders across regions trust you to own delivery without close supervision.

- Reporting is accurate, timely, and used to make decisions.
