Position Title: Technical Lead / Senior Technical Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with 6+ years of software development experience and strong expertise in Typescript, NodeJS, JavaScript, and AWS Cloud Services. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable web applications while mentoring development teams and driving technical excellence. The role requires hands-on architecture, coding, cloud implementation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade web applications.

1. Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions using Typescript, NodeJS, and AWS services.

1. Drive technical discussions, solution design, and architectural decisions.

1. Mentor and guide development teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards.

1. Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.

1. Implement microservices-based architectures and RESTful APIs.

1. Ensure application performance, security, reliability, and scalability.

1. Design and manage CI/CD pipelines and development best practices.

1. Optimize cloud infrastructure and application deployment strategies on AWS.

1. Identify and resolve technical risks, bottlenecks, and production issues.

1. Participate in project estimation, sprint planning, and technical roadmap discussions.
