Looking for a Technical Lead – R&D; with 5+ years of experience who enjoys solving hard problems, leading people, and jumping across tech stacks without getting lost in the tabs. ?

You’ll be leading a team of ~10 engineers working across areas like: ? Rust | ? Python | C/C++ | Go

? Linux & systems engineering

☁️ Backend, APIs, cloud & distributed systems

? AI / LLMs / RAG / MCP

? Telecom, RF analytics & device communication

⚛️ React / Next.js & up-to-date web stacks

We’re looking for someone who can:
