Tech Lead | Cloud & Distributed Systems | 8-12 Years | Hyderabad

We're hiring an experienced Tech Lead to lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native distributed systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Go, Python, AWS, Kubernetes (EKS/OpenShift), CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and AI-assisted software development tools.

What We're Looking For

✔ 8-12 years of software engineering experience

✔ Strong expertise in Go and Python, with working knowledge of Node.js

✔ Deep experience with AWS, Kubernetes, EKS, and OpenShift

✔ Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)

✔ Solid understanding of distributed systems, messaging platforms, fault tolerance, scalability, and service reliability

✔ Experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineering teams

✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Experience

? Healthcare/Payer domain experience

? Exposure to Claims, Enrollment, Benefits, Provider Networks, HIPAA Compliance

? Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, and X12 EDI standards

? Consulting or client-facing delivery experience
