Role Overview

CommerceIQ is looking for a Technical Lead – IT Systems & Asset Management to own and lead corporate IT operations, systems administration, endpoint management, identity, IT assets, enterprise applications, security, and automation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead IT Systems Administration across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
- Manage endpoint/MDM platforms such as Jumpcloud, Jamf, Intune or equivalent.
- Own IT Asset Management including procurement, inventory, allocation, tracking, lifecycle, and disposal.
- Manage SSO, MFA, IAM, user provisioning, and access management.
- Administer enterprise applications such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Jira, Slack, and other SaaS platforms.
- Drive IT security, compliance, patching, endpoint protection, and access governance.
- Lead employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Drive IT automation using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or APIs.




- Manage IT vendors, licenses, renewals, and technology evaluations.
- Define IT processes, SLAs, documentation, and operational standards.
- Act as the technical escalation point for complex IT issues.
- Mentor IT engineers and drive continuous improvement.

Required Skills

- 10–12 years of experience in IT Systems Administration / IT Operations.
- Strong Windows/macOS administration and troubleshooting experience.
- Hands-on experience with MDM, IAM, SSO, and endpoint security.
- Strong IT Asset and SaaS License Management experience.
- Positive knowledge of networking, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise IT systems.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Freshservice, or similar ITSM tools.
- Strong scripting/automation skills.
- Experience with SOC 2 / ISO 27001 / IT compliance is a plus.
- Strong leadership, communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
