TECHNICAL LEAD IT INFRA .

Role Overview

Lead the architecture and roadmap for enterprise infrastructure across hybrid cloud, datacentres, networking, manufacturing plants, cybersecurity and workplace technologies. Design secure, scalable and resilient platforms while driving governance, standardisation and modernisation aligned to business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

- Define enterprise infrastructure, cloud and security architecture, standards and technology roadmap.
- Design hybrid cloud solutions, landing zones, governance, disaster recovery and cost optimisation.
- Architect datacentre platforms including compute, storage, virtualisation, backup and high availability.
- Design enterprise LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, Internet edge, remote connectivity and network segmentation.
- Own plant IT architecture including OT/IT connectivity, edge infrastructure, CCTV, access control and shop-floor networks.
- Establish Zero Trust, IAM, network security, infrastructure hardening and security-bydesign principles.
- Review solution designs, evaluate technology vendors, define reference architectures and mentor engineering teams.
- Drive automation, observability, capacity planning, lifecycle management and business continuity.





Required Skills Hybrid Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP/Private Cloud), Windows/Linux, VMware/Hyper-V/Nutanix, Enterprise Networking, SD-WAN, Firewalls, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell/Python, IAM, PAM, Backup & DR, Monitoring, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, ITIL and enterprise architecture practices.

Qualifications & Experience

- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, IT or related discipline.
- 6-10 years in enterprise infrastructure with at least 3 years in architecture roles.
- Experience in manufacturing, multi-site infrastructure and hybrid cloud preferred.
- Solid stakeholder management, analytical and leadership skills.

Preferred Certifications TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP Architect, CCNP/CCIE, CISSP/CISM, VMware VCP, CKA, ITIL Foundation.
