Technical Lead – Full Stack Engineering

About the Role

We are looking for a strong hands-on Technical Lead to build and lead the engineering team delivering enterprise and digital solutions.

This is not a project management or people-management role. We want a technologist who can think, design, code, solve problems and lead engineers.

You will take ownership from:

Business Problem → Solution Design → Architecture → Development → Code Review → Deployment → Production

What You Will Do

- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers.
- Design and develop scalable web applications and digital platforms.
- Stay hands-on with Node.js, React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Build APIs, backend services, integrations and microservices.
- Use Python/Django where appropriate.
- Drive system design, architecture, database design and performance.
- Review code and maintain strong engineering standards.
- Solve complex technical and production problems.
- Work closely with Product, QA, DevOps and Project teams to deliver projects.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into practical technology solutions.
- Participate in customer technical discussions when required.

What We Need

Must Have

- 10–12 years of strong software engineering experience.




- Proven experience as a Technical Lead / Lead Software Engineer.
- Strong hands-on Node.js experience.
- Strong React + JavaScript/TypeScript experience.
- Strong REST API and backend development experience.
- Valuable understanding of Python/Django.
- Strong SQL/database fundamentals.
- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker and CI/CD.
- Strong understanding of system design, architecture and microservices.

Good to Have

Experience with enterprise/B2B applications, manufacturing/industrial systems, ERP/MES/IoT integrations or AI-enabled applications.
