Job Title: Technical Lead – Full Stack

Job Purpose: We are seeking an experiencedTechnical Lead – Full Stack (.NET & React/Flutter) to lead the design,development, and delivery of scalable web and mobile applications.The ideal candidate should havestrong hands-on expertise in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core, React.js and/or Flutter,along with experience in REST APIs, microservices, cloud-native architecture,databases, and contemporary DevOps practices. The role requireshands-on development,s technical leadership, solution architecture ownership,code quality, team mentoring, stakeholder collaboration, and end-to-enddelivery responsibility.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Certification:

- AZ-204– Azure Developer Associate
- AZ-305– Azure Solutions Architect Expert
- AWSSolutions Architect – Associate/Professional
- CKA/ CKAD – Kubernetes

Responsibilities:

- Architect, design, and develop scalable web and mobile applicationsusing .NET Core, React.js and/or Flutter
- Design and develop secure and scalable backend services using ASP.NETCore / Web API
- Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and technologydecisions
- Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, andevent-driven solutions
- Translate business and functional requirements into scalable technicalsolutions
- Collaborate with UI/UX, Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, DevOps,and other technical teams
- Ensure application performance, scalability, maintainability, security,and responsiveness
- Implement authentication and authorization using JWT,OAuth2/OpenID Connect, and Role-Based Access Control
- Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards, design principles, anddevelopment best practices
- Mentor developers and provide technical guidance to thedevelopment team
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, technical roadmapdiscussions, and release planning
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes




- Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues and provideroot-cause analysis
- Drive API performance optimization, application performance tuning, andsecurity improvements
- Ensure proper logging, monitoring, error handling, and observability areimplemented
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful end-to-enddelivery
- Take ownership of technical delivery, solution quality, and engineeringstandards

Mandatory:

- Backend – .NET
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
- Strong experience in ASP.NET Core Web API
- Good understanding of Entity Framework Core
- Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns, andclean architecture
- Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices
- Experience with asynchronous programming and background services
- Understanding of API versioning, exception handling, validation, anddependency injection

- Frontend – React.js

- Strong hands-on experience with React.js
- Strong understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript
- Experience with Redux / Context API or other state-management solutions
- Experience developing responsive and reusable UI components
- Good understanding of React performance optimization
- Experience integrating React applications with REST APIs
- Understanding of frontend security and browser-based application architecture

- Mobile – Flutter

- Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart
- Experience developing cross-platform mobile applications
- Understanding of Flutter application architecture and state management
- Experience integrating mobile applications with REST APIs
- Knowledge of mobile application lifecycle, build, deployment,



and publishing processes
- Understanding of mobile performance optimization

- Database

- Strong experience with relational databases such as:
- MS SQL Server
- PostgreSQL
- MySQL
- Good understanding of database design, normalization, indexing, stored procedures, and query optimization
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is an advantage

- Cloud, DevOps & Tools

- Experience with Docker and containerized applications
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release automation
- Experience with Azure and/or AWS
- Knowledge of Kubernetes is an advantage
- Experience with Git-based source control such as GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket
- Understanding of application configuration and environment management

- Security & Architecture

- Strong understanding of:
- JWT / OAuth2 / OpenID Connect
- API security and secure coding practices
- OWASP security principles
- Microservices architecture
- Scalable and distributed system design
- Caching and performance optimization
- Logging, monitoring, and observability
- Strong understanding of SOLID, Clean Architecture, and common design patterns

- Experience with Azure services / AWS services
- Experience with Redis caching
- Experience with Kafka / RabbitMQ or other messaging systems
- Knowledge of WebSockets / real-time communication
- Experience with GraphQL
- Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native deployments
- Knowledge of Prometheus, Grafana, Application Insights, or similar monitoring tools
- Experience with automated unit, integration, and API testing
- Experience in solution architecture and preparation of HLD / LLD documents
- Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with technical estimation and delivery planning
- Experience leading Agile development teams
- Ability to identify technical risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies
- Strong ownership of solution architecture, technical delivery, and engineering best practices
