Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Lead to drive technical direction, architecture, project delivery, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the technical planning, architecture, and design of projects.

- Provide technical direction, guidance, and mentorship to the development team.

- Review technical solutions, code quality, and development practices.

- Work closely with clients to understand requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.

- Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, scalability, and timely completion.

- Drive technical decisions and recommend the right technology stack and solutions for different project requirements.

- Drive best practices around system architecture, design patterns, and scalability.





- Follow Agile methodology and actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Identify and resolve complex technical challenges and support the team in decision-making.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in software development, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.

- Robust knowledge of Python, AWS, MongoDB, and MERN Stack.

- Experience in team handling and client management.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodology.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
