Technical Lead Full-Time.

Working as part of our product team, the Technical Lead will drive the architecture, design, and technical execution of solutions applicable to manufacturing customers. The Technical Lead will own technical decision-making across the product lifecycle, mentor and guide a team of engineers, ensure adherence to coding and design standards, and act as the primary technical point of contact between the development team, product management, and customer-facing teams. The Technical Lead is expected to be passionate about building scalable, reliable, and secure industrial software, curious about manufacturing technologies (IoT, Edge computing, OT/IT integration), and comfortable balancing hands-on coding with technical leadership responsibilities.

- Must have at least 6/8 years of experience in software development, with 2+ years in a technical leadership or architect-level role.
- Strong hands-on expertise in system design, architecture patterns, and technology trade-off decisions for distributed and edge-deployed systems.




- Proven experience leading code reviews, setting engineering best practices, and owning technical debt management.Ability to translate business and product requirements into technical designs and break them down into actionable engineering tasks.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-layered technical issues (application, integration, infrastructure).
- Experience mentoring engineers, conducting design/architecture reviews, and driving technical upskilling within the team.
- Effective communicator, able to represent technical decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences, and collaborate with a geographically spread-out team.
- Well-versed in Git-based workflows, CI/CD pipeline design and ownership, and release management practices.
- Working knowledge of cloud and/or on-premise deployment models, containerization, and security considerations relevant to industrial/OT environments is a plus.
