- Experience selling GEAR BOXES, MOTORS, VFDS, PLC, SWITCHGEARS, PANELS, SERVO MOTORS & SERVO DRIVES WITH LOW BACKLASH GEAR BOXES, GANTRIES, and ROBOTIC GRIPPERS, etc. in his assigned area.
- To ensure growth, develop recent customers/area mapping
- To achieve sales & revenue targets.
- Monitor competitors' activities.
- Collection of payment.
- Daily reporting to Team Lead

- Lead as an individual contributor & as a team, providing direction and mentoring to others.

- The candidate will be expected to perform outbound calls to prospects at all levels across the Industrial Automation department of their organization to position the company's offerings
