Data Infrastructure and Analytics Industry is Looking for:**** Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end accountability for assigned tickets, ensuring sprint goals and team deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Develop, enhance, test, and maintain BI and analytics solutions within the Arkalytics platform using Power BI and/or Tableau and SQL.
- Design and develop effective dashboards, reports, visualizations, and analytical solutions based on business requirements and user needs.
- Work closely with stakeholders and clients to understand business problems, reporting requirements, workflows, and desired user experiences.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, data requirements, and actionable development tasks.
- Analyze data and troubleshoot incidents and problem tickets, identifying root causes and implementing appropriate resolutions.
- Validate data, reports, dashboards, and analytical outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and usability.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to deliver analytics solutions and resolve issues.
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, data issues, and opportunities for process or product improvements.
- Create and maintain documentation for dashboards,



data models, workflows, requirements, and technical solutions.
- Facilitate requirements gathering, user training, demonstrations, and client-facing sessions as needed.
- Provide clear and timely status updates to team leads, stakeholders, and clients.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor''s degree in a relevant field or 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Robust hands-on experience with Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Strong SQL skills, including the ability to query, analyze, validate, and troubleshoot data.
- Experience developing dashboards, reports, KPIs, and data visualizations for business users.
- Strong understanding of business requirements and the ability to translate them into effective BI solutions.
- Experience working with databases such as Snowflake, Databricks, SQL Server, Oracle, or similar technologies.
- Experience with data warehousing and Business Intelligence projects.
- Experience working with or exposure to AWS.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with a structured approach to problem solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with internal teams, business stakeholders, and clients.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership of assigned work.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality and delivery excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with both Power BI and Tableau.




- Experience in the financial services industry, including banks, credit unions, lending, or related organizations.
- Experience working directly with business users or clients to understand reporting and analytics needs.
- Experience working on a Product team.
- Basic understanding of Python is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of GenAI technologies and experience using AI tools to improve productivity is a plus.
- Desire to develop deep product knowledge and become a subject matter expert within the Product organization.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a BI-focused Technical Data Analyst who can bridge the gap between business users and technical teams. You should be comfortable asking questions, understanding the "why" behind a requirement, and turning business needs into intuitive and reliable dashboards and analytics solutions. Experience in financial services is highly desirable, but candidates with strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and a demonstrated ability to understand user needs will also be considered.
