About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:

- Gain an in-depth knowledge of a client's website architecture, online business model, and online marketing strategy
- Gather, document, and help form and guide client business requirements, key performance indicators, and other functional and technical requirements

- Design customized solutions and technical tag implementation strategies
- Generate customized web analytic collection code and assist with its implementation and deployment
- Support client's developers and third parties throughout the implementation process

- Validate and debug implementation and follow through on issues until resolved
- Light manipulation of JavaScript as needed to customize web analytic solutions
- Advise key stakeholders and drive client success based on client's most important business drivers

- Interact frequently with clients via phone, email, and in-person, including interaction with marketers, analysts, web developers, and C-level executives
- Communicate confidently and proactively with customers throughout the project life cycle
- Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously

- Manage customer expectations appropriately and keep projects on schedule and within scope
- Become an expert in the use of *** products and the methods by which they can be used to effectively optimize online businesses
- Work to educate clients on best practices in relation to their specific industry and key business requirements

- Keep accurate daily records of client billable time
- Technical writing and PowerPoint presentation creation
- Guide and mentor a team of highly skilled Consultants and Associate Consultants

- Act as a Development Lead point of contact with Digital Marketing Consultants
- Work with Digital Marketing Consultants to make recommendations regarding Digital Marketing Suite technical implementations




- Build technical and business relationships with *** Consultants while maintaining the highest level of professionalism

- Work and collaborate with *** internal teams and client partner relationships
- Support additional team members through mentoring and knowledge sharing
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure professional delivery of technical implementations

Qualifications:

- Experience presenting in front of groups

Skills:
- Hands-on experience building and managing email journeys in AJO from scratch
- Ability to configure Journey Canvas including entry conditions, wait nodes, decision splits, and exit criteria
- Understanding of AJO deployment workflows including proof review, approval cycles, and send scheduling
- Knowledge of AJO roles and permissions
- Working knowledge of ACI (*** Campaign Insights batch programs) alongside AJO
- Understanding of ELCM (Email Lifecycle Marketing) naming conventions and project structures used in Workfront
- Experience with campaign intake via Workfront including submitting, tracking, and gaining approvals for email projects

HTML Knowledge:
- Ability to review HTML email proofs for accuracy
- Ability to check localized images, copy, pricing sections, and T&Cs; across multiple locales
- Solid HTML knowledge to identify and flag issues in email builds
- Ability to identify missing localized images, broken sections, and incorrect copy
- Ability to import or work with HTML templates in AJO Email Designer, including Import HTML workflows

Email Marketing Fundamentals:
- Strong understanding of email KPIs including open rate, CTR, conversion, SARR, QTD/WTD performance vs. target
- Experience with core email tactic types including acquisition (ACQ), non-purchaser base (NPB), active use, tool recommendation, and newsletter anchor
- Ability to analyze performance by country, week, email tactic, and campaign
- Experience with A/B and multivariate/MAB testing in email campaigns

Good to Haves:




- Experience managing multi-locale email campaigns
- Understanding of locale-specific pricing copy, T&Cs;, and legal footer requirements per country
- Familiarity with AEM Assets for sourcing localized creative for email
- Understanding of brand compliance requirements in email including *** brand guidelines and image standards
- Experience with Workfront for campaign project management and proof approvals
- Familiarity with AEP (*** Experience Platform) for audience segmentation feeding into AJO journeys

Non-Negotiables:
- Strong Email Marketing Fundamentals
- AJO/*** campaign live deployment experience
- Must have owned or executed live email campaigns

Education:
- 3 – 6 years of experience (YOE)
