Technical Assistant – Pre-Processing

TREAT is looking for a motivated and hardworking Technical Assistant – Pre-Processing to support our Pre-Processing and Production operations. The selected candidate will assist operators and supervisors in material handling, machine-related activities, housekeeping and other technical support activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist machine operators in loading, unloading, clamping and handling of jobs, tools, jigs and fixtures.
- Support Pre-Processing Operators in day-to-day production activities.
- Assist in handling and moving raw materials, cut components and finished jobs.
- Support material preparation activities as instructed by the Supervisor.
- Assist in machine-related activities and production operations.
- Clean burrs and sharp edges from components when required.
- Remove chips, scrap and unwanted materials from the work and factory area.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness in and around machines and equipment.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness in the Pre-Processing and factory areas.
- Segregate scrap and materials as per company instructions.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials safely.
- Handle tools, jigs and fixtures carefully and return them to their designated locations.
- Follow instructions given by Operators, Supervisors and Managers.




- Follow all company safety procedures and secure work practices.
- Wear mandatory PPE, including safety shoes, gloves, goggles and safety helmet.
- Carry out assigned duties with discipline, responsibility and dedication.
- Assist in any other technical, production or operational work assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Qualification & Requirements

- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Any relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Candidates with experience in manufacturing or production environments will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of tools and manufacturing processes will be an added advantage.
- Physically fit and willing to work in a factory environment.
- Willingness to learn and support multiple production activities.

Salary Freshers: Approximate take-home salary of ₹13,500 per month.

Experienced Candidates: Salary will be decided based on relevant experience, skills and performance.
