About the Role

Vdoit is looking for an experienced and hands-on Technical Architect – AI to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, software architecture, cloud technologies, system design, APIs, microservices, and modern application development. The candidate will work closely with engineering, product, DevOps, and business teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and define scalable, secure, and high-performance application architectures.
- Lead technical architecture and solution design for new and existing products.
- Evaluate and implement AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities into business applications.
- Design AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, AI APIs, and prompt engineering.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and define technical solutions.
- Create architecture documents, technical specifications, system diagrams, and technology roadmaps.
- Define and enforce best practices related to coding, architecture, security, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Design and integrate REST APIs, microservices, third-party APIs, and cloud services.
- Identify technical risks and recommend appropriate architectural solutions.
- Conduct technical reviews and mentor senior developers and engineering teams.




- Research emerging technologies and recommend tools and frameworks suitable for Vdoit's technology ecosystem.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, reliable, and cost-effective.
- Troubleshoot complex technical and architectural challenges and provide long-term solutions.

Required Technical Skills

- 5–10 years of experience in software development, solution architecture, or technical architecture.
- Strong understanding of System Design and Software Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, Node.js, .NET, or similar.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML and Generative AI concepts.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, OpenAI/Gemini/Claude or similar AI APIs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Good knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or equivalent.
- Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices.
- Strong understanding of application security, authentication, authorization, and data protection.
- Experience integrating third-party services and APIs.

Good to Have





- Experience building AI-powered enterprise applications.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, vector databases, or similar AI frameworks.
- Knowledge of AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, or equivalent AI platforms.
- Experience with AI agents, tool calling, function calling, or multi-agent architectures.
- Experience designing high-availability and highly scalable systems.
- Knowledge of cloud-native and serverless architectures.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Education

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
