Key Responsibilities

- Define end-to-end application architecture, technical solutions, integration patterns, and technology standards.
- Design scalable, secure, highly available, and reliable enterprise and AI-enabled applications.
- Provide technical leadership across React, Next.js, Flutter, FastAPI, and Spring Boot applications.
- Lead L2/L3 technical support, production troubleshooting, application transition, and operational readiness.
- Drive production releases, quality gates, deployment strategy, rollback planning, and change governance.
- Lead Major Incident Management, RCA/PCA, postmortems, and resolution of complex production issues.
- Troubleshoot across UI API Database Data Pipelines Cloud/Infrastructure.
- Define and improve observability, SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, health metrics, dashboards, and alerting.
- Drive cloud-native and CI/CD practices using AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, ECR, Jenkins, and ArgoCD.
- Conduct architecture,



design, PR/code reviews, technical risk assessments, and production readiness reviews.
- Identify opportunities for automation, performance optimization, reliability, and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, DevOps, CloudOps, MLOps, and Operations teams.
- Analyze incident/ticket trends and monitoring data to provide actionable technical recommendations.

Required Technical Skills: Application: React, Next.js, Flutter, FastAPI, Spring Boot

Database: PostgreSQL, Dremio, Redshift / AWS equivalents

Cloud & DevOps: AWS EKS/ECR, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, ArgoCD, CI/CD

Monitoring: Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, CloudWatch, Splunk

Data Pipelines: NiFi, Airflow Positive to Have

ITSM: ServiceNow
