Responsibilities:

- We are looking for a Senior .Net Developer with strong engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience in AI-driven development practices.

- The ideal candidate is a backend developer with expertise across backend and a mindset that combines engineering rigor with AI-enabled efficiency.

End-to-End Ownership

- Take complete ownership of a module/Swimlane from design development testing delivery

- Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions

- Work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with cross-functional teams

Backend Development

- Design and develop robust backend services using .NET Core.

Work with PostgreSQL databases for productive data modeling and querying AI-Driven Development

- Leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to accelerate development

- Apply prompt engineering techniques to generate and refine code

- Integrate AI into the entire development lifecycle (design, coding, testing, optimization)





- Critically evaluate AI-generated outputs for:

- Code quality and correctness

- Performance improvements

- Maintainability and scalability.

Quality & Optimization

- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security

- Make informed decisions on architecture and design improvements
