Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates for various technical positions through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand technical job requirements and work closely with hiring managers to identify suitable candidates.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidates' communication skills, interest, and suitability for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with candidates and internal hiring teams.
- Manage the complete end-to-end technical recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to interview coordination and offer closure.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
