Role & responsibilities

- Drive IT transformation initiatives and monitor progress against strategic outcomes.

- Conduct current-state assessments, gap analyses, and identify improvement opportunities.

- Develop and maintain IT operating model frameworks, playbooks, and governance documentation.

- Prepare executive presentations, leadership reports, steering committee materials, and strategic updates.

- Synthesize inputs from multiple workstreams into clear, actionable recommendations.

- Support portfolio planning, intake management, prioritization, and investment governance processes.

- Identify program risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies proactively.

- Benchmark technology operating practices against industry standards and leading organizations.

- Develop reusable templates, methodologies, and best practices for strategy execution.

- Leverage AI tools and data-driven approaches to enhance productivity and decision-making.

Preferred candidate profile

- 7-9 years of overall experience with at least 3-5 years in Strategy Consulting, IT Strategy, Corporate Strategy,



or Transformation roles.

- Prior experience with consulting firms such as Deloitte, Accenture, EY, KPMG, PwC, or similar organizations.

- Strong exposure to Technology Strategy, IT Operating Models, Digital Transformation, or PMO/TMO initiatives.

- Positive understanding of IT governance, demand management, portfolio management, vendor management, and strategic planning.

- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel, with strong problem-solving and storytelling abilities.

- Experience working with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

- Exposure to automotive, manufacturing, or other large-scale complex industries is preferred.

- MBA or equivalent strategic business experience is desirable.

- Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate them into actionable solutions.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills with an AI-first mindset.
