About the role

We’re looking for a Tech Lead to take technical ownership of our Azure integration platform and help shape its future direction.

This is a hands-on role combining architecture, technical leadership and development. You’ll work closely with developers, architects, application teams and business stakeholders to design and build reliable integrations across our businesses.

What you’ll be doing

- Taking technical ownership of our Azure integration platform and its architecture
- Designing APIs and synchronous, asynchronous, message-based and event-driven integrations
- Defining integration patterns, development standards and engineering practices
- Reviewing code and technical designs and guiding technical decisions
- Supporting and mentoring developers on technical challenges
- Working with application teams, architects and external partners to design new integrations
- Troubleshooting complex production issues and improving monitoring, logging and error handling
- Continuously improving the security, reliability, scalability and maintainability of the platform

What we’re looking for

- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps, API Management, Azure Functions,



Service Bus and Event Grid
- Solid understanding of integration architecture and patterns, including REST APIs, messaging and event-driven integrations
- Experience with API design and security, including authentication, authorization, Microsoft Entra ID, managed identities and Key Vault
- Experience designing reliable integrations, including error handling, retries, idempotency and dead-letter handling
- Experience with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code, preferably Azure DevOps and Bicep or Terraform
- Experience with monitoring and observability using Application Insights, Log Analytics and Azure Monitor
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across complex, distributed systems
- Experience providing technical leadership through solution design, code reviews and mentoring developers
- Good communication skills and experience working with international teams

Location and employment

This is a full-time, remote position based in India.

You’ll work as part of the integration team within Axel Johnson International and collaborate with colleagues internationally.

The employment contract for this position will be with Caldan Conveyor, a company within the Axel Johnson International group.
