Qualifications_
- Master's degree with relevant teaching degree, NET preferred, Excellent verbal and written communication skills of English.
- Responsibilities_
- (i) To Deliver Curriculum_
- To adhere and ensure coherent practice of the policies and procedures set in the quality manual for internal quality compliance and requirements.
- Identify, select and modify instructional resources to meet the needs of the students with varying backgrounds, learning styles and special needs.
- To deliver the curriculum (CISCE Pattern) that is planned by the school on a weekly basis.
- Highlight and source for quality academic resources to be used for teaching.
- Implement innovative teaching strategies as recommended by the school.
- (ii) To Maintain Accurate Records for the Academic Department_
- Attendance Monitoring
- Continual Assessment Monitoring
- Student Progress Report Creation
- (iii) To Manage Student Learning_
- Foster a positive learning environment in the class.
- To take part in student development activities
- Provide academic counselling when required by the school.




- To highlight students who may need more attention to the academic department
- (iv) Skilled Conduct_
- To adhere to the guidelines, policies and processes highlighted in the Academic Staff Handbook.
- To act as a role model to students in words and action.
- To attend all required training, briefings and meetings as required by the school.
- (v) To Provide Other Teaching Services_
- Provide Invigilation Services during examination period.
- Provide Examination Setting Expertise when required by the school.
