Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads.
- Promote and sell the company’s products/services effectively.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.

Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.




- Persuasive and confident in sales conversations.
- Ability to handle objections and provide solutions.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Knowledge of sales techniques, telesales, and customer service.

Education and Experience:
- Minimum: 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
- Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or B2B/B2C sales is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a keen interest in sales may also apply.
