Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from Australian customers regarding vehicle insurance inquiries
- Provide accurate information on insurance products, coverage, premiums, renewals, and policy modifications
- Assist customers with policy-related queries and resolve issues efficiently
- Maintain high standards of customer service and compliance with company guidelines
- Accurately document call details and customer interactions in internal systems
- Meet quality, productivity, and performance benchmarks set by the organization
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of international calling experience (preferably Australian insurance process)
- Freshers will not be entertained:
- Strong verbal communication skills in English
- Valuable listening and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a work-from-home setup
Work Schedule
- 6 days a week:
- Rotational shifts (as per business requirements)
Technical & Infrastructure Requirements
- Must have own laptop/desktop in good working condition
- Stable and high-speed internet connection is mandatory
- Quiet and professional work-from-home environment
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in Australian vehicle insurance or related insurance processes
- Customer-centric approach with attention to detail
- Ability to handle calls professionally and confidently
