Profile-Social media Executive

We are seeking a growth-oriented Social Media Manager for an in office role who can build and scale

our social media channels through strategic planning, AI-driven execuƟon, and high-impact UGC

content. This role requires close collaboraƟon with internal teams and hands-on daily execuƟon from

the office.

Key ResponsibiliƟes:
- Social Media Growth & Channel Management
- Own end-to-end management of all social media plaƞorms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X,

Facebook).
- Plan and execute growth strategies to increase followers, engagement, and reach.
- Track performance metrics and opƟmize content based on data insights.
- Content CreaƟon & UGC Strategy




- Create and manage UGC-focused content including customer tesƟmonials, factory/office

walkthroughs, team content, and short-form videos.
- Coordinate with internal teams and partners to capture authenƟc on-site content.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and business objecƟves.

- Use AI tools for content ideaƟon, scripƟng, capƟon wriƟng, hashtag research, and cont

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
