Essential Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in Physics (M.Sc. in Physics or Applied Physics)
- B.Ed. - Mandatory
- Prior experience teaching Classes XI & XII in a CBSE curriculum workplace
- Minimum 5 years of relevant teaching experience at the senior secondary level
- Strong conceptual clarity and effective lesson delivery in both theoretical and numerical physics.
Preferred Skills & Attributes:
- Proficient in modern pedagogical tools and smart classroom technology
- Experience in preparing students for board exams and competitive exams (JEE/NEET)
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Ability to engage students using inquiry-based and experiential teaching approaches
- Familiarity with NEP-aligned practices and continuous assessment methods
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons aligned with the CBSE syllabus for Grades 11 & 12
- Prepare academic plans, teaching aids, and differentiated lesson strategies to support diverse learners
- Design and assess assignments, projects, and periodic tests
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and share timely feedback
- Support academic events, science exhibitions, Olympiads, and enrichment programs
- Collaborate with department members for curriculum development and academic planning
- Participate actively in parent-teacher meetings and staff development initiatives
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
