Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Designer to build and strengthen our brand’s presence across social media platforms. The role focuses on visual storytelling, consistent brand identity, and engaging digital content that resonates with our target audience and supports business goals.

You will work closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams to translate brand values into compelling social media visuals and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Design visually engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.)
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital touchpoints
- Create social media creatives including posts, stories, reels covers, carousels, banners, and thumbnails
- Translate marketing briefs and content ideas into strong visual concepts
- Collaborate with content writers and marketers to align visuals with messaging and campaigns
- Adapt designs for different platforms while maintaining brand consistency
- Stay updated with social media trends, design styles,



and platform best practices
- Build and manage brand templates, style guides, and design systems
- Support branding requirements for digital ads, campaigns, and promotions

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Brand Designer, Graphic Designer, or Social Media Designer
- Strong portfolio demonstrating social media and brand design work
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, or Canva
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout
- Knowledge of social media formats, dimensions, and engagement-driven design
- Ability to think creatively while aligning with brand strategy
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred (Positive to Have)
- Experience with motion graphics, reels, or short-form video design
- Basic understanding of marketing, content st
