Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Lead Generation:
Identify and approach new customers through calls, visits, references, and online platforms to generate transport and logistics business.
- Client Relationship Management:
Maintain robust relationships with existing customers, handle inquiries, follow-ups, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Marketing Campaign Execution:
Plan and execute marketing activities such as promotions, campaigns, and offers to increase service awareness.
- Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
Study market trends, customer needs, and competitor pricing to support better sales strategies.
- Digital Marketing Support:
- Corporate & Field Visits:
Visit factories, warehouses,



distributors, and business locations to promote company services and close deals.
- Sales Target Achievement:
Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
- Customer Feedback & Service Improvement:
Collect customer feedback and coordinate with operations team to improve service quality.
- Brand Promotion & Visibility:
Ensure company branding is visible through banners, brochures, visiting cards, and outdoor promotions.
- Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain daily activity reports, lead tracking sheets, and sales performance records.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
