Responsibilities:
- Client Consultations: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Space Planning: Develop functional floor plans and layouts that maximize space utilization.
- Design Concept Development: Create innovative design concepts, including color palettes, material selections, and furniture arrangements.
- 3D Rendering: Utilize design software to create realistic 3D renderings to visualize design concepts.
- Material Sourcing: Source high-quality materials, finishes, and furnishings from reputable suppliers.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.
- Building Codes and Regulations: Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Post-Project Evaluation: Gather feedback from clients and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
- Proven experience in interior design, preferably with a portfolio showcasing your work.




- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and spatial planning.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
