We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Computer Trainer to train visually impaired (blind) girls in basic to intermediate computer skills. The trainer will play a key role in empowering students with digital literacy and enhancing their employability and independence.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct computer training sessions for blind/visually impaired girls.
- Teach basic computer operations, including:
- Keyboard usage and shortcuts
- Basic computer concepts
- MS Office (Word, Excel, basic PowerPoint)
- Use and train students on screen reader software (e.g., NVDA, JAWS, or similar).
- Prepare simple, accessible learning materials as per students’ needs.
- Maintain a supportive, patient, and inclusive learning workplace.
- Track students’ progress and provide feedback to the organization.
- Coordinate with the organization’s staff for scheduling and reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic to good knowledge of computers and MS Office.




- Familiarity with screen readers (preferred; training can be provided if needed).
- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- High level of patience, empathy, and commitment to social work.
- Prior experience teaching or training is an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong computer skills and a passion for teaching are welcome to apply.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods based on students’ learning pace.

Working Hours
- 3-4 hours per day
- Flexible timing (as per mutual discussion)
