IT Administration
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
- Provide technical support to employees (L1/L2 support).
- Manage backups, antivirus, and security policies.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Handle ticketing systems and resolve issues within SLA.
macOS / System Troubleshooting
- Provide end-user support for MacBooks, iMacs, and Windows systems.
- Configure user profiles.
Data Center Operations
- Handle server installation, rack/stack, and cabling.
- Monitor servers, storage, and network devices.
- Manage UPS, power, cooling, and environment controls.
- Perform routine maintenance and health checks.
- Support disaster recovery and backup operations.
- Ensure compliance with data center security policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Electronics (preferred).
- 2+ years experience in IT support / system administration / data center operations.
- Strong knowledge of Windows & macOS environments.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN).
- Experience with servers (Windows/Linux), backups, and virtualization is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Robust communication and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes.
- Experience in managing corporate IT infrastructure.
