Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Lead the preparation of financial models, business plans, and long-term forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Budgeting & Forecasting:
Oversee the annual budgeting process, monitor variances, and ensure proactive corrective actions.
- Cash Flow & Working Capital Management:
Ensure robust cash flow planning and optimize working capital to support business operations.Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and handle internal and external audits effectively.Oversee timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly MIS, P&L;, balance sheet, and other financial statements.Build and maintain solid relationships with investors, financial institutions, and other key stakeholders.Identify and mitigate financial and operational risks through effective internal controls and governance practices.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Educational Qualification:Chartered Accountant (CA) is a must.:
- Experience: 8-12 years of experience in senior-level finance roles, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing sector.
- Proven expertise in strategic financial planning, budgeting, audit, and compliance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards and taxation.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
