Job Title: Telecaller / Education Counsellor (Study in Dubai)
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students, consultants, and business contacts
- Explain Pedagogy Educational Services and Study in Dubai opportunities clearly
- Answer basic queries and route interested leads to the counselling team
- Maintain call logs and follow-up schedules
Requirements:
- Fluency in English, Malayalam & Hindi is mandatory.Fluency in Kannada is an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior telecalling or education counselling experience is an advantage
