Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and create compelling user experiences
- Use design tools such as Figma to create and iterate on designs
- Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs
- Create and maintain design systems and style guides
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Collaborate with the marketing team and internal and external designers to make sure that tailor-made content is being created and delivered to the digital users.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field
- Experience as a UI/UX Designer is preferred but not compulsory
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma
- Solid understanding of design principles and user-cantered design
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Portfolio of work to demonstrate design skills and experience
