If you have training experience and can contribute in crunching data, Webhelp has the ideal opportunity for you as a Training Coordinator at our offices in Gurgaon. This full time Training Coordinator role comes with a generous salary and benefits package.

As a Training Coordinator, you will assess and analyse various data sources including talent, cascade and our Employee Journey tool.

In your first few weeks in this Training Coordinator role, you can expect to:
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting including completion, analysis, result trends and reporting on training activity to meet stakeholder requirements
- Direct the preparation and maintenance of such reports as are necessary to carry out the functions of the department
- Prepare periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment and combine data from multiple sources to generate client reports




- Work closely with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure data is accurate and current

To succeed in this role, you will need experience with MS Office 365 and Talent. The following are also required:
- Advanced MS Excel experience including formulae, pivots, lookups, reports, etc
- Expertise in preparing dashboards, charts and reports at management level and above
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with self-confidence at all levels and manage key stakeholder relationships.
