Job Title: PM - Planning and Documentation - Interior Fit-out Projects
Experience: 7-8 years

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Planning and Documentation Engineer to support our interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, creating and managing project documentation, and ensuring effective communication of project information across all stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, update,



and maintain detailed project schedules using specialized software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) for interior fit-out projects.
Create and manage project documentation systems, ensuring all documents are properly organized, version-controlled, and easily accessible to relevant team members.
Coordinate with Senior project managers, site engineers, and other team members to gather and consolidate project information.
Prepare and distribute regular project status reports, highlighting progress, milestones, and potential issues.
Assist in the development of project execution plans, including work breakdown structures and resource allocation plans.
Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule, identifying and reporting on potential delays or conflicts.
Manage the RFI (Request for Information) process, ensuring timely responses and proper documentation.
