Accountabilities




Support the documentation and tracking of clinical application usage, performance metrics, user feedback, and best practices.
Demonstrate the ultrasound product portfolio to customers and help clinical users understand relevant features, workflows, and applications.
Provide basic and advanced technical application support, troubleshooting issues and helping maintain reliable day-to-day operations.
Assist with resolving application and workflow challenges efficiently while working within established procedures and escalation processes.
Support sales teams through product demonstrations, clinical application training, and business-related product enablement.
Develop and maintain knowledge bases, support materials, and other resources with current application information and recommended practices.
Prepare reports and presentations covering application performance, utilization, customer feedback, and opportunities to improve workflows
