This is a senior strategic leadership role focused on improving how customers discover, adopt, and realize value from a broad SaaS product ecosystem. You will identify adoption gaps across the customer lifecycle and turn behavioral data and customer insights into high-impact product priorities. The role sits at the intersection of Product, Growth, Customer Success, Data, and Operations, giving you broad influence across the organization. You will shape product adoption strategies, establish measurement frameworks, and influence roadmaps through evidence-based recommendations. Success will be measured through stronger activation, engagement, retention, expansion, and customer value. The role offers significant autonomy, executive visibility, and the opportunity to build scalable systems that improve product adoption globally within a remote-first setting.

Accountabilities




Define and execute the product adoption strategy across key products, capabilities, customer segments, and stages of the customer lifecycle.
Identify barriers to product discovery, activation, engagement, and repeat usage, prioritizing opportunities according to customer impact, business value, and strategic importance.
Establish adoption metrics, success criteria, and measurement frameworks covering onboarding, activation, feature penetration, engagement, retention, and expansion.
Analyze customer journeys, funnels, cohorts, feature usage, behavioral patterns, and segmentation data to identify friction points and growth opportunities.
Partner with Product and Data teams to evaluate time-to-value, activation, adoption, engagement, retention, churn, and customer behavior across products, geographies, cohorts, and use cases.
