This role is an opportunity to contribute to the development and evolution of enterprise ServiceNow solutions within an IT Service Management environment.
You will design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and deploy enhancements that support critical service management processes.
The position covers core areas including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, and CMDB.
You will work closely with process owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
The role also offers opportunities to mentor peers, conduct technical reviews, and share ServiceNow expertise across the team.

Accountabilities
Design, prototype, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow enhancements and technical solutions, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Pages, UI Actions, UI Policies, ACLs, notifications, and platform APIs.
Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow support tickets while ensuring solutions are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business requirements.
Work across core ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, and CMDB.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and technologies using SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, and FTPS.
Use update sets to manage and migrate customizations between ServiceNow instances.
Contribute to the design and maintenance of highly available, recoverable ServiceNow environments.
