Job Title: Solution Manager – Pre-Sales & Solutions Location: NCR, Bangalore Experience: 8 to 12 years Role Overview: We are looking for a high-impact Solution Manager to drive end-to-end solutioning, commercial strategy, and deal shaping across large and mid-sized IT and digital transformation opportunities. This role goes beyond traditional pre-sales—combining domain-led solutioning, Gen AI/Data-driven innovation, commercial ownership, and consultative client engagement across the full deal lifecycle. The ideal candidate will operate as a trusted advisor to clients and a solution orchestrator internally, enabling differentiated, outcome-led proposals. Key Responsibilities: Integrated Solutioning & Proposal Leadership Own end-to-end solution design across IT services portfolio including Applications, Cloud, Data, AI/Gen AI, Digital Engineering, and Managed Services Lead development of winning proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution narratives Design integrated, platform-led and outcome-based solutions,



aligning business value with client priorities Ensure solutions are aligned with client requirements, business objectives, and LTM capabilities. Pre-Sales Support: Work closely with Sales to shape deal strategy and win themes Support deal strategy, pricing, and value proposition development.
