Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities● Team Leadership & Target Achievement: Lead a team of sales executives to achieve daily, weekly, andmonthly sales targets.● Customer Resolution: Handle customer escalation calls and ensure timely and effective resolution to maintainservice standards.● Performance Management: Monitor and manage team performance, ensuring high productivity andalignment with overall goals.● Reporting & Analysis: Maintain comprehensive trackers for sales, attendance, shrinkage, and attrition.
