Perform screen mounting and alignment and registration to ensure proper print

Operate semi-automatic, or automatic screen-printing machines efficiently.

Monitor print quality throughout production and make necessary adjustments.

Can able inspect printed products for defects such as smudging/ink spreading, color variation, misregistration, or any misprints.

Perform regular machine cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Maintain production records, output reports, and quality inspection documents.

Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and environmental requirements.

Minimize material wastage and optimize productivity.

Coordinate with Quality, Production, and Maintenance teams to resolve process issues.
