- Coordination with SG assured processors and processing plant for ensuring timely supplies.
- Supporting and coordinating with authorized service partners.
- Site measurements, Pre-site inspection survey, Post installation services, CAPA of Site premises.
- Post installation audit, checklist preparation and site validation.
- Project Validation and Issue of completion certificate to the customer and collecting customer testimonials.
- Channel Partner management.
- Installer and Channel Partner training.
- Installer rating analysis, TAT analysis with site mapping.
