: Tourism Policy & Investment Promotion Specialist

We is seeking an experienced tourism professional to lead tourism policy formulation, investment promotion initiatives, project development, and stakeholder engagement activities. The candidate will provide strategic leadership in strengthening Andhra Pradesh's tourism ecosystem and driving investment into the sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the formulation and implementation of tourism policies, strategies, and sector development initiatives.
- Drive investment promotion activities across tourism, hospitality, wellness, eco-tourism, adventure tourism, and related sectors.
- Coordinate with Central Government ministries, state departments, industry bodies, and private sector investors.
- Identify and develop tourism investment opportunities and destination development projects.
- Provide strategic guidance on tourism sector reforms and incentives.
- Lead stakeholder consultations and policy workshops.
- Prepare policy papers, investment notes, concept reports, and strategic recommendations.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure timely delivery of assignments.
- Support investor outreach, roadshows, and promotional initiatives.

Desired Qualifications
- Master's Degree/MBA from a reputed institution.
- Preference for candidates with specialization in Tourism Management,



Hospitality Management, Public Policy, Infrastructure Planning, or related disciplines.
- Graduates from institutions such as IIFM, IITTM, or other reputed institutions offering tourism-focused programs will be preferred.

Experience
- 5 to 10 years of experience in tourism policy, investment promotion, destination development, tourism master planning, or related sectors.
- Experience working with government agencies, tourism boards, consulting firms, development organizations, or hospitality sector stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing complex assignments.
