Team Lead – Recovery / Collections

HDB Financial Services xperience: 2–5 years

Employment Type: Full time

- Manage and supervise a team of Recovery/Collection Executives.
- Assign daily targets and monitor team performance.
- Ensure timely collection and recovery of overdue accounts.
- Track team productivity and achieve monthly collection targets.
- Guide and motivate team members to improve performance.
- Monitor field visits and collection activities.
- Handle customer escalations and difficult cases professionally.
- Review daily collection reports and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding overdue accounts and recovery cases.
- Ensure all collection activities follow company policies, processes, and applicable guidelines.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and feedback.

PH:(phone hidden) Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
