Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter with strong recruitment experience specifically within the IT Infrastructure, IT Hardware, System Integration, Managed Services, or Technology Solutions industry.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, team management, client management, and stakeholder coordination, with a strong understanding of hiring for technical and sales roles within the IT infrastructure domain.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding.
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters, ensuring hiring targets and closure timelines are achieved.
- Guide, train, and mentor junior recruiters on sourcing and recruitment processes.
- Manage recruitment for IT Infrastructure, IT Hardware, System Integration, Networking, Servers, Storage, AV, Managed Services, and related technology roles.
- Handle hiring for both technical and sales/business development positions within the IT infrastructure industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers and understand their manpower requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding recruitment updates, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, headhunting, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct initial HR screening, assess candidate suitability, and coordinate technical/management interview rounds.




- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, MIS reports, and hiring dashboards.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process to maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Monitor team performance and ensure recruitment targets, TATs, and closure timelines are met.

Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the IT Infrastructure / IT Hardware / System Integration / Technology Solutions industry.
- Mandatory: Prior experience in handling or leading a team of recruiters.
- Mandatory: Experience recruiting for IT infrastructure/technology roles and understanding of the industry ecosystem.
- Experience hiring for roles related to Servers, Storage, Networking, IT Hardware, AV, Managed Services, System Integration, and IT Sales will be highly preferred.
- Strong experience in client management and stakeholder coordination.
- Expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, headhunting, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Strong ownership of recruitment targets, TAT, and closures.

Pay: ₹580,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
