Urgent hiring Team Leader – Appointment process (UK Shift)
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our team on an urgent basis.
Requirements
- Solid experience in survey (UK shift)
- Exposure to survey background (preferred)
- Proven ability in handling and managing a team
- Hands-on experience in taking sup calls, call closing & team management
- Should actively contribute to production, and retention strategies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Key Responsibilities:
- lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- handle escalation calls and support deal closures
- monitor team performance and provide regular feedback
- location: [Salt Lake- Sector V - Kolkata]
- Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
- Salary: No bar for the right candidate
- Fixed Shift:- 1pm to 9pm
